The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is very close to a big shopping center and it is easy to reach by tram. The hotel is also a short tram ride away from the Old Town. The rooms are comfortable, with a desk and stable internet connection for those who need to work. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the reception is open 24 hours. there is a good Asian food restaurant located nearby.
Some guests have mentioned a lack of cleanliness and a bad smell in the toilet.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing quick check-in and assisting us with navigation in the area. The location was excellent, as it was very close to a big shopping center, a concert venue on the outskirts of the city, and also close to the city center. the hotel was conveniently located near a tram line, making it easy to explore this city.
